The hotel is perfectly located in the city center and is well insulated against noise. The rooms are comfortable with a reasonably sized bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially in guiding guests to the parking area. The hotel offers a good breakfast with fresh orange juice and a variety of options. The breakfast area also transforms into a pleasant lounge space. The hotel is highly recommended for a visit to Toulouse.

I loved staying at this hotel as it was located in the heart of the city and close to all the action. The room service was great and I enjoyed having my clothes dry cleaned. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Additionally, I appreciated the welcome drink and the amenities in the room were top-notch.

We had a great stay at Le Grand Balcon. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with fresh orange juice and a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel also had a lovely lounge area where we could relax and unwind. a fantastic experience.

I loved the central location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore on foot. The staff at the hotel were highly professional and provided quick answers to all my questions. The charming decor added to the overall ambiance, and they even gave me some great suggestions for things to do in the area.
Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, like the narrow room and the lack of electrical outlets in the bathroom, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. Despite these small inconveniences, I still found the hotel to be excellent value for the money.

The hotel was in a great location, right on the edge of the square. Everything was just minutes away, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The room was tastefully decorated, with beautiful views from the window. The warm cute message in the room was a nice touch, making me feel instantly at home.
That the room was a little loud at night. Being so close to the lively square, I could hear the noise from the street below, but it wasn't a major issue for me.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel, right on the edge of the square in the city center. It was so convenient, being just minutes away from everything. The breakfast was also great, with choices. The staff was helpful and kind, making our trip very nice.
